Source Material Approval
We will request your source materials in advance. Our team will check the quality to ensure we are able to produce a quality transcript.

Transcribe
Your source material is sent to our pool of typists to be transcribed with your desired formatting and design.

Quality Assurance
After basic proofreading, our most-senior staff will compare the transcript to the original source material in its entirety to ensure quality of the final transcript.

Verify
Your Project or Account Manager will ensure all source materials have been transcribed and verify that all formatting is correct.

Certify
